«It’s not music for the masses»

The self-titled debut of «The Alien WOW! Signal» was mainly recorded live in the old manner: no click track, no endless editing - nothing more than three musicians who know, how to play their instruments. Exactly this energy and dynamic created at that very moment is clearly noticeable on the debut album of the Bernese trio.

Stylistically «The Alien WOW! Signal» can be classified somewhere between post metal/rock, doom and soundscapes.

The ensemble by no means plays music for the masses, but for all those who want to be captivated by hypnotic riffs and sink into soundscapes for minutes.
